Stocked showers

Because you deserve to be pampered before and after class. We have three showers fully stocked with complimentary products and full sized towels (because no one likes carrying a wet towel).

Our blow dry bar features Dyson hair dryers and premium styling products so you can continue on with your day, looking as great as you feel. No bad hair days here!

spacious RESTROOMS

With three oversized gender neutral restrooms, pre- or post-class changes are a breeze. There are no tiny, closet-sized change rooms here!

Lockers are conveniently located along the hallway, allowing for quick access for the days you’d prefer to head right home. And did we mention, USB charging ports inside? Recharge your phone, mind & body.

The Stages SC2 bike features 4 simple adjustment points to help you fit safely & comfortably on the bike. With handle bars designed specifically for rhythm-based classes and next-generation Stages SprintShift to allow for big resistance changes with a single touch, you’ll never want to ride another bike again! The signature CarbonGlyde drive system is the smoothest ride available, appealing to both indoor and outdoor cycling enthusiasts.
