We recommend arriving 20 minutes before your first class so there’s plenty of time to tour the space, answer any questions, and get you set up on your bike. For the safety of all riders, we do not permit late arrivals to class.
You will require cycling shoes with either SPD or Look Delta clips. You can rent shoes from us for $2 (shoe rental is complimentary with our New Rider Special). Towels (sweat & shower) are always included.
Class reservations can be cancelled up to 8 hours in advance by logging into your account online (preferred) or by calling the studio directly. Cancellations made within the 8-hour window will result in the loss of one class credit for class package clients. A fee of $25 + tax will be applied to all other memberships. If a rider does not cancel their bike with 8 hours' notice, they will be charged for it.

Riders must be at least 4’11” and 13 years old to ride with us. Minor Waivers: Riders between the ages of 13 and 17 must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver in studio.
For the safety of our riders, we do not permit any late arrivals.
Class fully booked? Join the waitlist. If you have added yourself to the waitlist your intention is to take class. You’ll be notified by email 12 hours in advance. If we have a spot open up with less than 12 hours notice, you will be notified by text or call. Be sure to be available. If we miss you we will move on to the next person in line.
We have 3 beautifully appointed and spacious restrooms, and 3 fully stocked showers. Lockers are located in the hallway outside of the studio.
Class packages expire 6 months from the date of purchase, with some special deals having shorter expiration dates. Please check the details as noted at the time of sale.

Many pregnant women are able to ride right up to their due date, but we recommend you check with your doctor before riding at Ride Culture.
